As part of the lecture series Sustainable Hour: ESG in Focus – Powered by Erste, we are proud to announce the third lecture, scheduled for Thursday, November 7, 2024, at 5:30 PM at Urania – Space of Creation. This session will cover the topic of transitioning homes to energy independence and review the current market offerings for property energy renovation.
Energy independence is increasingly important as we face the growing challenges of climate change, rising energy costs, and the need to reduce carbon emissions. The lecture will explore how modern technologies and innovative systems can transform homes and buildings into energy-independent spaces, reducing energy costs and environmental impact.
Key Topics of the Lecture:
Energy Transition – How can homes and buildings be transformed to operate independently from centralized energy systems?
Solutions for Property Energy Renovation – An overview of market offerings aligned with the latest trends in sustainable construction and building renovation.
Technologies and Financial Incentives – A look at technologies that improve energy efficiency and the financial measures available to support property renovation investments.
ESG Standards and Sustainable Business Practices – How ESG principles drive investment in energy renovation and the long-term positive effects of these investments.
