Sustainable Hour: ESG in Focus – Powered by Erste

Urania - Space of Creation, in collaboration with Erste Bank, is organising a series of events titled Sustainable Hour: ESG in Focus. Over the course of four events, key topics related to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles will be explored through panel discussions featuring leading experts from various fields. These discussions will highlight best practices, strategies, and challenges related to sustainability in business.
The first lecture will take place on Thursday, September 12th at 5:30 PM at Urania, and it will open a discussion on how ESG contributes to sustainable development, the long-term sustainability of companies, and the well-being of communities. The topics will include:
- Environmental protection and climate change: How businesses can reduce their environmental impact.
- Social responsibility: The impact of companies on society and their responsibility to employees and communities.
- Governance: Transparent and ethical business practices in line with the highest governance standards.
